It would seem there was a disconnect here. You obviously found the pic on a non-tumblr web site, blogged it, so how could you possibly know that this person carried in a personal notebook for all that time. btw, does that person hold the copyright ?

I have no idea Y, I have tried to explain exactly this to them, but bloody hell, its hard work! And I dont even follow them! So how would I know what they post!
